EAST MARINE FRANCE S.A.R.L. has been created in 1992 in France.
It is a reliable partner and a basic ship-broker keeping the commercial relationship with Palmar Corporation and associated companies since 1998. E.M.F. is a member of BIMCO Copenhagen and the French Ship-brokers Association in Paris.

In the reefer sector EMF has been appointed as an important broker for several Russian, Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian and Ukranian fruit operators.

NEVA SHIPPING CORP. has been established in 2000.
Neva is the official charterer for cargoes shipped by Palmar's exporting companies.
Since the same year NEVA has appointed EAST MARINE FRANCE as their broker for Neva's controlled cargoes.
